Carolyn Cushman

CHARLESTON – Carolyn Kay Cushman, 74, of rural Charleston, passed away Friday, February 22, 2019 at her home.

Carolyn was born October 19, 1944 at St. Louis, MO, daughter of Albert and Margaret Sue Niffen.  She married William R. Cushman, January 19, 1968 at Joliet, IL; he died September 23, 1993.  She is survived by three children: Peggy S. Russell of Elwood, IL, Charles L. Turnbaugh of Humboldt, IL, and Daniel W. Turnbaugh of rural Charleston.  Four grandchildren: Bon Turnbaugh, Levi Turnbaugh, Shane Turnbaugh, and Megan Turnbaugh also survive.  She was also preceded in death by her parents, one son: Edward C. Cushman, and seven brothers.

Carolyn retired from R.R. Donnelly's after many years of service.
