Caron Linder

CHARLESTON – Caron Sue Linder, 82, of Charleston, passed away Thursday, November 7, 2024 at SBLHC.

Caron was born February 1, 1942 in Chalmers Township, McDonough County, Illinois, daughter of Ame William and Mabel Ellen (Newingham) Waymack.  She is survived by one son, Brad Linder of Charleston, one brother, Marvin Waymack of Mattoon, and special friends, Erin and Matt Gillespie of Charleston.  She was preceded in death by her parents.

Caron retired from Lester Buildings.  She was a former member of the Charleston Moose Lodge and V.F.W. Ladies Auxiliary.

A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.  Arrangements: Harper-Swickard.
