Darrell St. Clair

CHARLESTON – Darrell W. St. Clair, 70, of rural Charleston, passed away Sunday, March 23, 2025 at his home.

Darrell was born June 20, 1954 at Charleston, son of Bruce and June (Cobble) St. Clair.  He married Lois Elaine Adkins, May 14, 1988 at Charleston, she survives.  Also surviving are their children, Josh St. Clair and wife Patty of Charleston and Darrell Gene St. Clair of Charleston; grandchildren, Taylor Waldhoff of Teutopolis, Katlyn Marie St. Clair of Charleston, Joshlynn St. Clair of Charleston, Kansas St. Clair of Charleston, and Mariah St. Clair of Charleston; great grandchildren, Spencer Waldhoff, Lincoln Sperry, Bristol Waldhoff, and Milliana Eason; and one sister, Trina Hopper of Peoria, IL.  He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, Jerry St. Clair, one sister, Jean Richardson, and one great-grandchild, Kennedy Waldhoff.

Darrell retired from R.R. Donnelley.  He attended The Fields Church.  Darrell was a former member of the Charleston Elks Lodge, and he loved hunting and fishing, but what he enjoyed most was spending time with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
