David Hart

CHARLESTON – David John Hart, 69, of Charleston, passed away Sunday, July 22, 2018 at Carle Foundation Hospital, Urbana.

David was born November 9, 1948 at Sycamore, Illinois, son of Jerome and Emily (Mockovak) Haughawout.  He is survived by his mother: Emily Kuelbs; one sister: Mary Ellen Smith; and two brothers: John Haughawout and Mark Haughawout.  He was preceded in death by his father.

David was a member of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church.
