Donna Sue Mooday

CHARLESTON – Donna Sue Mooday, 91, of Charleston, passed away Friday, February 6, 2026 at Hilltop Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

Donna was born January 22, 1935 in Coles County, daughter of Ruth (Pennington) and Bradford Parker, Sr. She married Cecil A. Mooday, July 3, 1956. He passed away July 14, 1998. She is survived by one sister, Carrie L. Foote of Charleston; and several nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by her parents, and one brother, Bradford Parker, Jr.

Donna retired as a cook from EIU and had attended North Side Baptist Church.

A private family service will be held. Arrangements: Harper-Swickard.
