Douglas Stoughton, Jr.

CHARLESTON – Douglas John Stoughton, Jr., 68, of Charleston, passed away Monday, July 15, 2019 at Hilltop Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

Douglas was born June 23, 1951at Grand Forks, North Dakota, son of Alice (Casady) and Douglas John Stoughton, Sr.  He is survived by his mother: Alice Stoughton of Billings, MT, and two brothers: John Stoughton Billings, MT and Paul Stoughton of Charleston.

Douglas was a retired computer programmer/analyst.
