Janet Ferguson

CHARLESTON – Janet Joann Ferguson 66, of Mattoon, passed away Monday, July 4, 2022 at Mattoon Health Care Center with family at her side.

Janet was born January 2, 1956 at Decatur, Illinois, daughter of James and Lillie (Hayes) Golladay.  She is survived by her children, David Doyle and fiancée Ashley and Christina (Sean) Shocklie; grandchildren, Brayden Doyle, Kaylynn Doyle, Abigayle Doyle, Leah Shocklie, Mikayla Shocklie, Nathan Shocklie, and Olivia Shocklie; brother, Ron (Jane) Golladay, and sisters, Carol Brownlee and Patty Nihiser.

She was preceded in death by her parents, four brothers, Raymond Golladay, Bill Golladay, Larry Golladay, and James Leroy Golladay, and two sisters, Lois Justice and Sharon Johns.

Honoring her wishes, no service will be held.  Arrangements: Harper-Swickard.
