John Marquart

CHARLESTON – John Robert Marquart, 89, of rural Charleston, passed away Tuesday, August 9, 2022 at his home.

John was born February 3, 1933 in Berrien County, Michigan, son of Herman and Irene Marquart.  He is survived by an adopted son, Robert Wayne Davison, Sr., daughter-in-law, Tina Davison, and three grandchildren, Michael Davison, Robert Wayne Davison, Jr., and John Price.  He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, and one sister.

He was a U.S. Army veteran.  John was a retired University Professor.
