Larry McCoy, Sr.

CHARLESTON- Larry E. McCoy, Sr., 73, of Charleston, passed away Monday, September 3, 2018.

His graveside funeral will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, September 7, 2018 at Union Cemetery, rural Charleston.  Arrangements: Harper-Swickard.

Larry was born January 24, 1945 at Jefferson County, KY, son of Edd and Georgia (Land) McCoy.  He is survived by his children: Lori King, Larry E. (Kristine) McCoy, Jr., Michael K. McCoy, and William S. McCoy.  Eight grandchildren also survive.  He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother: Frank McCoy; and one sister: Patricia McCoy.

Larry was a self-employed welder and had also worked for Sims Contracting.
