Marian Decker

GREENUP – Marian Lucille Decker, 93, of Greenup, passed away Monday, June 24, 2019 at Cumberland Rehabilitation and Health Care Center.

Her funeral will be held at 12:00 p.m. (NOON) Friday, June 28, 2019 at the Harper-Swickard Funeral Home with Pastor Parker Boothe officiating.  Interment will follow in Jack Oak Cemetery, rural Greenup.  Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until service time Friday at the funeral home.  Memorials: Bushton Christian Church or Cumberland Rehab Auxiliary.

Marian was born February 12, 1926 in Cumberland County, Illinois, daughter of William and Florence (Roberts) Decker.  She married Denver Charles Decker, October 24, 1941 at St. Charles, MO; he preceded her in death, December 22, 2003.  She is survived by one son: Charles Richard "Rick" Decker of Westfield;

five daughters: Judy Tatman of Stephens City, VA, Sharon Button of Greenup,

Donna Wells of Bernie, MO, Patty Bushur of Lakeland, FL and Teri Clark of Charleston.  One brother: Gene Decker of Casey; as well as numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren also survive.  She was preceded in death by four brothers and two sisters.

Marian was a homemaker.  She was a member of the Bushton Christian Church.
