Terry A. Brazzell

CHARLESTON – Terry Allen Brazzell, 64, of Charleston, passed away Tuesday, August 19, 2025 at home.

Terry was born November 2, 1960 at Charleston, son of Janet C. (Scott) and Oscar A. Brazzell, Jr.  He is survived by one sister, Tina M. Renoe of Charleston, and two brothers, Joe M. Renoe, Jr. of Cowden and Charles Renoe of Pana; nieces and nephews, Misty Hopkins, Joe Bly, Joseph Renoe, Nikki Campbell, and Candace Declerck.  He was preceded in death by his parents.

Terry was a clerk in the U.S. Army, serving a tour of duty in Germany.  He also worked as a C.N.A. in the Chicago area, at Casey Tool and Machine, and had delivered papers for the Times-Courier/News-Gazette.

Terry was a gifted artist, working in several mediums, including ceramics and acrylic painting.  He loved listening to classical music and 90's club music. Terry loved fried foods, and was dubbed "Turtle" by family and friends
