Sharon Zahnd
DANVILLE, IL - A light has gone out, with a small flicker. All we have left is the precious memories of how brightly burned and warmth she gave us. Sharon K. Willison (Fox) Zahnd passed away on September 3rd, 2020.
Sharon was born on January 2, 1947 to Roy and Irene (Thompson) Willison.
Left to cherish her memory are her three sons, John Fox (Florida), Carl Fox (Clinton, IN), Jim Fox (Kemah, TX), granddaughter Shelby (Fox) Embry (Indiana), granddaughter Allie Fox (Boswell, IN), sister Karon Fowler (Indianapolis), nephew Kevin Kirkley (Indianapolis), niece Dianna Kirkley (Indianapolis) and niece Connie Shane (Canada), several cousins and all of her dear and loving friends.
She will be joining her son Harry L. Fox, her sister Bonnie Willison, and both of her parents in Heaven, where they will be together again.
Please don't shed any tears, as my life has just begun. When you can see the sun shining, that will be me smiling at you. When you hear the wind blowing, that is me whispering in your ear. When it is raining, those are tears from Heaven wishing you were here with me.
Sharon enjoyed spending time with her friends and family. She had an extensive network of close friends with whom she played cards regularly.
Her graveside memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. (CDT) Saturday, September 12, 2020 at Pleasant Hill Cemetery, rural Kansas, Illinois. Arrangements: Caudill-King Funeral Home, Charleston, Illinois.
