CHARLESTON – Thomas Wesley Potter, 62, of Charleston, passed away Saturday, June 5, 2021 at Carle BroMenn Medical Center, Normal, Illinois.

Memorial Visitation will be Thursday, June 10, 2021 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Harper-Swickard Funeral Home.  Memorials may be directed to the family. 

Thomas was born January 26, 1959 at Hannibal, MO, son of Johnny B. and Sarah P. (Hill) Potter.  He married Beverly Sue Miller, April 2, 1998 at Sullivan, Illinois; she survives.  Also surviving is one daughter, Tiffany Potter and her two children; step-children, Christopher Miller, Steven Ralph, Holly Huckstep, Teresa Stafford, Deborah Daniels, and Shawn Ralph; step-grandchildren, Christopher Miller, Cody Miller, Kandace Laswell, Colin Ralph, Jonathan Killon, Samantha Ralph, Haley Harris, Dalton Wines, Kimberly Wines, Dakota Stafford, Nicholas Stafford, Dylan Ralph, Hank Ralph, Tiffany Ralph, and Skylar Ralph; one sister, Cindy of Jefferson, MO also survives. 

Thomas worked in the landscaping industry and was a U.S. Army veteran.
